George Soros a dit que les élites occidentales ne sacrifieraient pas les populations occidentales dite 'pures' (États-Unis, Canada, Europe de l'Ouest) contre Moscou, que seules les populations de l'est (Pologne, Baltes, Ukraine...) le seraient.
