J'ai décidé de bloquer les prélèvements de SFR car la connexion marche très mal avec de nombreuses déconnexions. J'ai des RDV techniciens, et ils ne viennent pas.
J'ai demandé une résiliation, mais ils veulent me facturer des frais car on peut pas résilier avant 1 an.Mais la connexion internet fonctionne très mal et le fait que les techniciens ne viennent pas est un foutage de gueule....
A votre avis, j'ai bien fait de bloquer les prélèvements?
