Voilà, voilà.Ballot Rock-Paper-Scissors
In the modified Rock-Paper-Scissors game, classmates draw one of the three symbols on a card and place it in a box. The players draw three cards each from the box, and then play one of the cards at a time until there's a win (Episode 1).
Double Concentration
This card game is similar to Concentration in which all of the cards are laid face down on a surface and two cards are flipped face up over each turn. The object of the game is to turn over pairs of matching cards. In Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler, the game is played with two decks (Episode 2).
Life or Death
In this game, ten small sword-shaped pieces are placed into a cup and shaken. There are 30 numbered holes in concentric circles on a board. The aim is to bet on the which of the numbered slots any the swords will fall into, in a way similar to roulette. If a sword blade in a slot faces up, the player wins 30 times the amount they bet, however if the sword faces down, the player loses 30 times the amount they bet. Players agree on the amount to bet before the game starts (Episode 3).
Debt Exchange Game
In the Debt Exchange Game, students participate in groups of four to play a game of two-card Indian poker trying to reduce their debts, with the eventual winner losing their debt completely. The winner in each group can exchange their debt with anyone in the group who has a lower debt. The game is played with numbered cards only (Episode 4).
Tarot Cards of Fate
The game is played in 3 rounds using a deck of 22 cards Tarot cards with a value of 1–21 placed face down in a circle. In each round a card is flipped by a player. If a card faces the player they gain those points, but if it faces away they lose the points. If they pick the Fool card which is valued at Zero the game is instantly won or lost based on the facing direction (Episode 12).
Finger Cutting Guillotine
This is essentially a game of Chicken. The Players each place a finger into a hole in the bottom of the device which has a guillotine blade suspended above. There are a number of strings visible, but only one supports the blade. The players take turns in cutting a string, and the loser is the one who withdraws their finger first, leaving the other/s as the winner. If there is only 1 string left and the blade has not fallen, then cutting it will result in any finger remaining in a hole being severed (Episode 13).
Nym Type Zero
This game is played with a deck of only 4 four different kind of cards numbered from 0 to 3, with 10 of each card in the Deck. There are 3 rounds and a different deck is used every round. In each round players show 1 of their 4 dealt cards, and if the last card shown brings the sum of all cards over 9, that person is out. Betting rules are the same as for Poker. The game is used during the Student Council elections where each player must start with 30 chips, each equal to 1 vote. Players with insufficient vote chips are advanced "Serve" chips which each guarantee 24 hours service to the student council. The loser's votes are distributed equally among the remaining players (Episode 15).
Grin and Bear It: Death Macaron
Each team receives three macarons which must be eaten in order, however one of each three is filled with habanero sauce, the Death Macaron. The winning team must determine which of the opposing team's pastry was the Death Macaron while displaying their own acting ability by not reacting to the spicy macaron (Episode 18).
Soixante-Trois
Soixante-Trois is like a game of Chicken using a standard pack of 52 cards. Each of the players selects a card and declares its suit and value, which may be true or false. When a player thinks their card makes the total add up to 63, they can "pass" which excludes them from the game, and the last player then wins. However, if the final total is over 63 the last player is the loser and those who passed earlier become the winners (Episode 18).
Greater Good Game
Each of five players is given five coins (a total of 25 coins) and then taken separately into another room with two boxes; a Personal Bank Box and a Tax Deposit Box. They can deposit their coins in either box, and after each round the coins are redistributed; the coins in the Personal Bank Box will be counted towards each player's overall total, and the coins in the Tax Deposit Box will be doubled and distributed to all players. At the end of each round, the players can discuss their strategy, and if three agree, they can eliminate one player from the game and their coins will be confiscated. The aim is to acquire 40 or more coins to be eligible for prizes, which mean that a number of coins must be deposited in the Tax Deposit Box to increase the overall number of available coins for anyone to win. Those with less than 40 coins will forfeit their votes to Terano Totobami (Episode 18).
Tower of Doors
Tower of Doors is played in a 5-story building which represents the beginnings and endings of life. The challenge is for each contestant to start from the 5th floor, move down to the 1st floor and retrieve a white lily, then climb back to the 5th floor. Each level has doors to the central stairwell, doors in the outside walls and trapdoors leading to ladders between the levels, each with a digital panel which can display hexadecimal letters and digits. Every 5 minutes the display changes, and the next contestant has a chance to open a passage after solving a problem on its digital panel. However, the correct answer may not always be the best solution (Episode 21).
Hundred Votes Auction
The auction is run by an auctioneer and monitored by a member of the Election Committee. The sponsor who provides the 100 votes for each round remains anonymous. The players use their own votes, and the highest bidder in each round wins 100 votes. However, all the votes placed as bids will be paid to the auctioneer, which means that the bidder loses them. All bidders need not be visible, and the bids are made anonymously. A player can withdraw from the auction at any time. It is revealed later that the auctioneer can also bid anonymously.
