Déjà fais pas trop mon truc, ce qui est bien dedans c'est l'effet de flotter et de partir ou tu veux. Mais j'ai l'impression que plus tu restes en astral plus le réveil est compliqué. Si tu veux avoir le petit truc en plus c'est vraiment partir une petite semaine en rêve lucide en une nuit. T'apprends vraiment beaucoup de chose 😁

J'adore les paralysie du sommeil. J'en fais pratiquement tout les jours. 7 ans d'entraînement tout les soirs avant de dormir pour rentrer en rêve lucide.

La semaine dernière je tapais un duo avec Mickaël Jackson sur le toit de mon immeuble, n'empêche que ça fais réellement réel cette merde 😂

Plus sérieusement, il n'y a rien de surnaturel la dedans, stop écouter les pseudo x-files d'ici. Le seul danger et encore c'est d'être déconnecter de la réalité si on ne maîtrise pas les PS et rêve lucide.

Vivre plusieurs jours en un seul rêve lucide c'est chaud. Faut vraiment avoir de la maîtrise dans le sujet.

Après ta les rêves emboîté pire défonce mental que ça tu meurs 😂

j'avais un pote qui tenait un carnet où il écrivait tout ses rêves lucides, il était arrivé a un stade où il controlait tout ce qui arrivait et il était dans une vrai péripétie quand il dormait

Il faut vraiment le vivre pour comprendre.

C'est ton cerveau qui se figure des trucs alors qu'il dort à moitié et qu'il est aussi inquiet de cette paralysie, reproduisant des sensations de proies face à des prédateurs, qui dans notre culture, sont des entités surnaturelles.

Y a rien en dehors de ton cerveau et du fond biologique et culturel

oui oui les douleurs et marques apres le reveil ça vient sans doute de l'imaginaire

les gens qui ont des voix totalement différente de la leur quand ils sont en pleine paralysie ou les animaux qui se barrent en courant en flippant quand leur maitre sont en pleine crise c'est aussi dans le cerveau de la personne
