au moins je ne prend pas de promesses que je ne peut pas tenir

JOUR 1 OK Aujourd'hui j'ai pris une douche froide depuis bien longtemps, sa ma fait un bien fou L'energie que sa m'a donner m'a permis de faire le menage dans ma chambre en seulement 30 minutes resultat nickel alors que d'habitude je prend 1 heure 😱

Puis j'ai travailler focus de 12h a 19h

Esperons que demain soit encore meilleur !

Je participe mode legendaire, rien d'autre.

J'espere que je vais reussir, sa fait longtemps que je n'ai pas reussit ce challenge par flemme et par betise.
