En parlant de la première : Elle a été réalisée à l'aube, lorsque la lumière chaude du soleil du matin illuminait une immense dune de sable rouge parsemée d'herbes blanches alors que le sol blanc du bac d'argile était encore à l'ombre. Il semble bleu car il reflète la couleur du ciel au-dessus. ... Le moment idéal est venu lorsque le soleil a atteint le bas de la dune de sable juste avant d'atteindre le sol du désert. J'ai utilisé un long téléobjectif et je l'ai arrêté complètement pour compresser la perspective.
