Au moment de la révolution, 50% des habitants ne parlaient pas français du tout, et seulement 12 a 13% de la pop était certifié B2 en Francais (fairly = assez bien)

J'ai jamais compris les nationalistes français qui crachent sur la République.
Certes c'est pas joli de voir ce qu'elle est devenue, mais elle a nettement contribué à unir et fédérer les français.

Aucun rapport l'abruti, c'était purement administratif et la présence de notaire était obligatoire pour ce genre de papier, la population n'a commencé à parler le français en majorité pendant la troisième république sous les lois Ferry
