Résumé : Grace MacLean, 13 ans, est victime d'un grave accident qui coûte la vie à sa meilleure amie et blesse son cheval Pilgrim. Amputée d'une jambe, l'adolescente perd peu à peu le goût de vivre. Sa mère Annie, rédactrice en chef d'un magazine féminin, décide de réagir. Afin de sauver à la fois Grace et Pilgrim, elle emmène les deux chez Tom Booker, un légendaire dresseur du Montana qui a le pouvoir de soigner et comprendre les chevaux, mais aussi les êtres humains. Petit à petit, cet homme parvient à réconcilier la jeune fille avec la vie et à guérir l'animal.

Putain quel BONHEUR que fin décembre/Nouvel An soit passé, on va ENFIN pouvoir reprendre une vie normale, la France sera plus à l'arrêt, on va pouvoir continuer à boucler le soir devant la télé entre kheys
