ma grosse rupture c'était horrible, j'etais dans une déprime mais pas une deprime apathique, plutot des crises d'angoisse
mais j'étais jeune, maintenant je gère ça tres differemment. D'abord j'ai compris qu'il ne faut compter que sur soi dans la vie, ça permet d'etre détaché.
Deuxiement j'ai compris que la "depression" ou "l'angoisse", c'est le cerveau qui te joue des tours; trop de cortisol, trop d'adrenaline, pas assez de serotonine; ça te mets dans un etat irrationel, avec des pensées irrationelles.
Puis j'ai appris le "Letting go", le laisser pisser.

Mais ma grosse rupture, ce qui m'a guéri c'est une rage de dent.

Perso ça fait trois ans et je commence à peine à aller mieux vis à vis de ça. Et heureusement parce qu'elle vient toujours me parler encore aujourd'hui

En tout cas courage khey c'est très difficile mais sache que ça ne sera pas éternel
