Change de médecin
Un ami s'est ramassé un coup à la tête, son médecin a dit qu'il aurait des séquelles pendant encore une année
Il a des symptômes moins pire que toi mais il avait souvent une fatigue extrême, problème de concentration, mémoire aussi

heureusement que la plascisite cérébral existe mais même comme ça, je ne suis pas sûr de retrouver des émotions positives et mes réflexion d’antan et ça me hante de me sentir plus con

Je l’ai pas percuté à une vitesse forte, je marchais donc environ 6 km/h sauf que comme je l’ai dis, je me suis pris une arête de mur, donc la force a été concentré en 1 point et non dispersé ce qui aurait fait beaucoup moins de dégât

Même moi j’ai été surpris de voir les effets dévastateur alors que j’avais simplement pas fait gaffe à ce qu’il y avait demain moins (la sale habitude de marcher en regardant le sol )

J’imagine pas ceux qui se prenne des trucs à 90 km/h bordel

Je veut en faire pour me rassurer et me dire que ce n’est vraiment rien ou confirmer mon hypothèse

Sachant que je préférerais vraiment que ce soit due à un trop-plein de forum plutôt qu’à ce choc mais au bout d’un moment après avoir tenté des cures de dopamine sans que ça ne change enormement de chose à ce niveau la (+ de motivation et d’énergie certes, mais pas le reboot qu’on m’avais promis), je n’y crois plus trop

J'ai eu des choses similaires. Enfaite à un moment donné dans ma vie je me droguais énormément + je taffais + je dormais peu + je mangeais que de la merde en grosse quantité. J'ai fais 4 malaises en 1 mois, dont un où je suis rester inconscient plus de 15 minutes. Depuis je n'ai plus jamais fait de malaise (ça remonte a il y a 5 ans), mais je me sent souvent faible/fatigué/mal au crâne alors qu'avant j'avais pleins d'energie et une clarté d'esprit. Bon ça m'empêche pas de palper beaucoup

Oui ça me pourrit la vie de sans cesse regretter cette période où je n’avais aucun problème pour réfléchir

Oui, la plasticité neuronale fait que dans la grande majorité des cas, le cerveau arrive à reconstruire les neurones perdus, mais ça reste de la compensation, ces neurones sont moins efficace que mes anciens neurones vu qu’ils sont plus jeunes

Je pense qu’essayer de faire une cure de dopamine plus longue ça serait déjà pas mal pour me fixer sur si le cerveau a pu reconstruit les neurones perdus

Tu sais là tu t'exprimes correctement et tu as un discours construit, c'est déjà mieux que beaucoup de gens qui ont subi un accident ou même que beaucoup de débiles consanguins de ce forum ou d'ailleurs qui peuplent aussi nos rues.
J'ai eu des problèmes dans l'enfance qui ont détruit mon potentiel (d'une façon très différente mais le résultat est similaire), et ça m'obsédait aussi. En continuant d'avancer dans la vie j'ai utilisé cette rage pour me motiver à évoluer et au final elle s'est estompée. J'ai compris avec le temps que ça ne servait a rien de penser à ce que j'aurais pu être et que je devais penser chaque jour à ce que je devenais par rapport à la veille.
Je pense qu'il faut que tu te renseignes sur ton cas pour être certain de ce que tu soupçonnes et pour le comprendre à fond, pour pouvoir ensuite en faire le deuil et continuer d'évoluer dans la vie. C'est malsain comme mentalité de se lamenter continuellement sur ce que l'on a perdu, même si on n'arrête pas du jour au lendemain.

Notre existence sur cette terre n'est de toute manière qu'un emprunt et sera bien vite effacé.
