▪ Qu'est-ce donc que Classic ▪

Classic est une opportunité pour tout les joueurs de revivre l'âge d'or de World of Warcraft en retrouvant des serveurs reprenant les settings d'époque à quelques changements près (détaillé ci-dessous). Après deux ans passé sous Vanilla, Burning Crusade débarque pour nous faire revivre la toute première extension du célèbre MMORPG, que dis-je, du BGE.

▪ Changements ▪

Le spell-batching disparaît. Il s'agit de la façon dont les sorts sont lancés les uns après les autres. Tant les joueurs que Blizzard sont d'accord que même si utiliser cette technique sur Vanilla semblait logique, l'expérience montre qu'il vaut mieux travailler autrement sur BC Classic.

Les Paladins et Chamans seront disponibles pour chaque faction, comme sur le The Burning Crusade. Mais les sorts qui étaient liés à une faction, à savoir Seal of Blood côté Horde et Seal of Vengeance pour l'Alliance, seront disponibles pour chaque faction.

Pré-patch : Les Draeneï et Elfes de Sang seront jouables avant la sortie de The Burning Crusade Classic afin que les joueurs puissent les monter au niveau 60.

En arène PvP, les équipes de X joueurs pourront avoir un roster doublé. Par exemple, une équipe en 3v3 pourra avoir jusqu'à 6 joueurs. Cela permettra d'être plus flexible au cas où un joueur n'est pas disponible un soir, et de quand même jouer.

Les titres PvP seront offerts à un très faible pourcentage des joueurs. Ils doivent faire partie des tous meilleurs.

Les développeurs veulent faire des modifications aux Tambours de Guerre car ils ne veulent pas que les raids de haut niveau obligent tous les joueurs à connaître le travail du cuir pour pouvoir les utiliser.

Les boss seront dans leur version d'origine, celle où les nerfs n'ont pas encore été appliqués. Blizzard surveillera la situation une fois le jeu dans les mains des joueurs, mais c'est l'idée actuelle. (Coucou Astromancer 1e version, jamais tombé). Ce n'est pas une mauvaise idée cependant car plusieurs boss ont été rework tout au long de l'extension

Les pierres d'invocation seront disponibles au lancement de The Burning Crusade Classic.

Les quêtes d'accès ne seront pas toutes débloquées au départ, certaines ne le seront qu'au moment où le contenu qu'elles débloquent sera disponible (Hyjal, etc.). Dans Burning Crusade original, certaines quêtes de progression nécessitaient des objets qui ne tombaient qu'en un seul exemplaire dans certains raids. Ces objets seront toujours nécessaires, mais une copie sera reçue par tous les joueurs du raid, comme ça l'était devenu plus tard dans Burning Crusade.

Les prérequis pour certains raids deviendront plus faciles avec la sortie de contenu; par exemple, Karazhan ne pourrait nécessiter qu'une seule clé pour ouvrir l'instance au lieu d'exiger tous les joueurs d'avoir ladite clé.

▪ Qu'est-ce donc que Classic ▪

Classic est une opportunité pour tout les joueurs de revivre l'âge d'or de World of Warcraft en retrouvant des serveurs reprenant les settings d'époque à quelques changements près (détaillé ci-dessous). Après deux ans passé sous Vanilla, Burning Crusade débarque pour nous faire revivre la toute première extension du célèbre MMORPG, que dis-je, du BGE.

▪ Changements ▪

Le spell-batching disparaît. Il s'agit de la façon dont les sorts sont lancés les uns après les autres. Tant les joueurs que Blizzard sont d'accord que même si utiliser cette technique sur Vanilla semblait logique, l'expérience montre qu'il vaut mieux travailler autrement sur BC Classic.

Les Paladins et Chamans seront disponibles pour chaque faction, comme sur le The Burning Crusade. Mais les sorts qui étaient liés à une faction, à savoir Seal of Blood côté Horde et Seal of Vengeance pour l'Alliance, seront disponibles pour chaque faction.

Pré-patch : Les Draeneï et Elfes de Sang seront jouables avant la sortie de The Burning Crusade Classic afin que les joueurs puissent les monter au niveau 60.

En arène PvP, les équipes de X joueurs pourront avoir un roster doublé. Par exemple, une équipe en 3v3 pourra avoir jusqu'à 6 joueurs. Cela permettra d'être plus flexible au cas où un joueur n'est pas disponible un soir, et de quand même jouer.

Les titres PvP seront offerts à un très faible pourcentage des joueurs. Ils doivent faire partie des tous meilleurs.

Les développeurs veulent faire des modifications aux Tambours de Guerre car ils ne veulent pas que les raids de haut niveau obligent tous les joueurs à connaître le travail du cuir pour pouvoir les utiliser.

Les boss seront dans leur version d'origine, celle où les nerfs n'ont pas encore été appliqués. Blizzard surveillera la situation une fois le jeu dans les mains des joueurs, mais c'est l'idée actuelle. (Coucou Astromancer 1e version, jamais tombé). Ce n'est pas une mauvaise idée cependant car plusieurs boss ont été rework tout au long de l'extension

Les pierres d'invocation seront disponibles au lancement de The Burning Crusade Classic.

Les quêtes d'accès ne seront pas toutes débloquées au départ, certaines ne le seront qu'au moment où le contenu qu'elles débloquent sera disponible (Hyjal, etc.). Dans Burning Crusade original, certaines quêtes de progression nécessitaient des objets qui ne tombaient qu'en un seul exemplaire dans certains raids. Ces objets seront toujours nécessaires, mais une copie sera reçue par tous les joueurs du raid, comme ça l'était devenu plus tard dans Burning Crusade.

Les prérequis pour certains raids deviendront plus faciles avec la sortie de contenu; par exemple, Karazhan ne pourrait nécessiter qu'une seule clé pour ouvrir l'instance au lieu d'exiger tous les joueurs d'avoir ladite clé.

Phase 1 : Karazhan, Repaire de Gruul, Repaire de Magtheridon. Vous y trouverez le Tier 4.

Phase 2 : Caverne du Sanctuaire du Serpent, Donjon de la Tempête.

Phase 3 : Mont Hyjal, Temple Noir, Arène Saison 2.

Phase 4 : Arène Saison 3, Zul'Aman

Phase 5 : Arène Saison 4, Plateau du Puits du Soleil.
